Toowoomba Community Care is a not-for-profit community-based organisation focused on delivering services to enhance the quality of life for people who are aged or frail, as well as people with a disability and their care givers.
About the role
We are looking for entry level and experienced care providers who have a genuine desire to care for our community and providing in home, groups and individual community care for our valued aged and disability clients. If you are looking for a new role, have life skills that are transferrable or previous experience in the community care sector we have a variety of work opportunities that we can tailor to your experience.
We are looking for people who are:
- Are willing to work as part of a a team
- Passionate about supporting our community
- Have the ability to support clients in aged and or disability services
- Can work in a supportive and compassionate way
- Able to perform a wide variety of client services (cleaning, personal care, transporting)
- Available to work a variety of shifts - morning, afternoon, evening, weekend

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a person who has;
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Positive National Police Check
- Open Australian Driver's Licence (current)
- Current registered and reliable vehicle with compulsory Third-Party Insurance and are willing to use it to perform the role
- Current comprehensive vehicle insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow)
- Positive Working with Children (Blue) Card
- COVID-19 Immunizations (minimum of two)
- Current Influenza Immunization (annual)
- Complete Pre-employment Health Declaration outlining any pre-existing conditions (as detailed in section 571 of the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003).
